THIS IS WHAT WE WILL NEED TO RENEW YOUR VISA IN SPAIN:

1) PRELIMINARY POINTS

– Except for Golden Visas, you can apply for your visa renewal if you have not been out of Spain for more than 6 consecutive months AND 11 months in total.
– Visa renewals in Spain are possible from 2 months before your visa/residence card gets expired and up to 3 months once this has been expired.
– However, we highly recommend to contact us in advance.
– You need to be in Spain the day of the application, even when this is presented online by us.

2) DOCUMENTATION

We will need a full copy of your passport/s. It means we will need a copy of every single page.
Your current residence card/s, both sides.
Depending on the visa, you will need to prove your economic assets once again.
A new health insurance certificate. You cannot have interrupted your health insurance policy since you got your visa.
If you are married and your spouse depends on you, we will need an updated marriage certificate and its legalisation (apostille).
For some visa renewals, an updated padrón certificate is mandatory.
We will send you 2 forms per person to be signed.
Any further documentation can be requested depending on the visa.

Please Notice:

We assist you to renew your visa in Spain, so if they accept your application, later you will just need to come to your relevant police office to get your residence card.
