Javier Rodríguez

Javier leads Expat Agency and is an expert in Inmigration and Intercultural Exchange.     what if I am Lebanese have a residency permit (Extranjeros Espana – Regimen Comunitario / Familiar Ciudadano De La Union) and I have International Driving License + Lebanese Driving License since 1983?
    can I get Spanish Driving License with test?

      Hello Rabih,
      Spain doesn’t have any agreement (Convenio) with Libano. So you should apply for a new driving licence in Spain, I am afraid.
