The non-lucrative visa is the most usual and successful option

Although getting a Visa To Spain from UK it is something new for UK Nationals (and Spanish authorities), we have already been assisting with visas all around the world from 8 years ago, so we know very well how these visas work and how the Spanish consulates and embassies require and request in order to get a visa to Spain.

The Non-Lucrative VISA

This “one year visa” (unrestrictedly renewable for 2+2 years) we are talking about, it is a very usual visa to Spain when you do not have a family member, you do not plan to run a business in Spain, you do not plan to study in Spain and/or you do not plan to invest more than €500,000 in Spain.

Basically, the requirements for this visa are:

Having monthly incomes of 2150€ or equivalent savings for 12 months;
A full private health insurance;
A clean criminal background.

We can assist you to apply for this visa at your nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate (it cannot be applied directly in Spain). We also have an agreement with a health insurance company to get a full health insurance (required) for around 33€/month (up to 49 years old).

Please Notice:

This is a visa application process assistance, so if they accept your application, they will provide you a visa and, once you are in Spain, you will just need to come to your relevant police office to get your residence card.

Work Visa is not an option to Spain anymore

From many years ago, the Spanish Government decided to stop providing work visas for non-EU citizens, with a view to promote the employment in Spain between Spanish and European citizens, giving them priority for open jobs, and UK doesn’t belong to the EU anymore, so you do not have any automatic permission to work from 2021, unless you already were a resident in Spain before 2021 and/or you are or were holding an EU family member residency card.
